The Whale Watermaster is the new range of fresh water pumps, designed to supersede the Fresh IC range. This new galley pump focuses on the three most important features required in a marine domestic water system pump; power, performance and protection.
The electrically operated diaphragm pump is designed to give a constant smooth movement of water, as well as providing high flow rates to each outlet it serves. The pump also has enough power to be self priming up to 3 metres (10 feet).
Performance wise, the Watermaster operates automatically and quietly and can be used with fresh water or even salt water. The pump is also quick and simple to install, and can be used with Whale’s Quick Connect plumbing system or regular plumbing or threaded connections. The three mounting feet of the pump are also rotatable to suit your installation requirements.
All these features are protected through a number of ways to ensure maximum performance and maximum life. The pump housing is fully sealed to protect the motor and the integrated electronics, as well as being rated IP65 for water ingress. The fresh water pump can also run dry without damaging the pump and includes an inlet strainer to filter debris before it can damage the pump.
The pump body is made from glass-filled polypropylene and PBT (polybutylene terephylene) and features nitrile seals and stainless steel fasteners. The feet, diaphragm and valves in the pump are all constructed from monprene. For more peace of mind, the Whale Watermaster is EMC compliant and CE marked.
