Description
The Centek 1050400 inline MiniMax muffler is designed primarily for V-drives and locations which are short on space. The MiniMax is suitable for use with petrol (gas) or diesel but must only be installed above the waterline. It has fair sound absorbing properties of 10-12 dB depending on the engine it is being used with.
The Centek range of exhaust mufflers are made from heat resistant GRP (glass reinforced plastic) along with the rest of their wet exhaust system components. Because of this construction, the mufflers are corrosion resistant and can withstand heat up to 177°C (350°F). The Centek exhaust range is ABS, ABYC, Lloyds and UL approved.
The Centek MiniMax is only suitable for use in wet exhaust systems and should be used with approved rubber marine exhaust hose.
