Description
This Attwood in-line bilge blower ventilation system is used on boats to remove fumes and gases from enclosed spaces such as engine compartments, galleys, bilges, and heads. The blower has a five-blade fan designed to maximise airflow and efficiency.
Attwood bilge blowers are designed using aerospace technology to maximise their performance. They provide powerful system output while requiring low power input, making them an efficient option.
Built in mounting feet allow for both vertical and horizontal installations in confined spaces. Tabs in the intake and exhaust are designed to hold ventilation hoses and clamps firmly in place.
The blower is designed for use with 3-inch interior diameter ventilation hoses and installs with #10 fasteners.
Product materials include a nickel-plated motor can for corrosion resistance, stiffening ribs to reduce housing distortion, and a motor cap to seal wires and motor for water resistance.
The blower features a low amp draw motor, which is beneficial for longer blower and battery life.
