Description
The Scout Quick 2 marine antenna is ready-to-install and easy-to-remove, with it’s QuickFit design there is no need to install RF connectors. Ideal for motorboats and sail boats. Scout’s QuickFit antennas are built with FME type terminals, supplied with coaxial cables with pre-installed connectors. This antenna does not require any specific equipment or tools to install on the boat, whether on deck, rail or mast. Installation is simple – no technical skills are required.
The Quick 2 VHF antenna measures 1.5 metres long with a 1.4mm thick fibreglass whip which is foam injected and 100% waterproof. It features a high gloss, ice white finish with anti-UV filter to prevent colour deterioration.
The 3db fibreglass antenna comes with a 5 metre (16.4′) RG-58 CU MIL coaxial cable and a FME male to PL-259 male adaptor to complete the installation.
