Description
Jotun Commercial two-part polyamine cured epoxy mastic coating designed for areas where optimum surface preparation is not possible or desired. Jotamastic 87 is a surface tolerant, high solid, high build coating that provides long lasting protection in environments with high corrosivity.
Jotamastic 87 can be used as primer, mid coat, finish coat or as single coat system in atmospheric and immersed environments. It is suitable for properly prepared carbon steel and aged coating surfaces and can be applied at sub-zero surface temperatures.
Uses:
• General: Primarily designed for maintenance and repair.
• Marine: Outside hulls, exterior and interior areas, including water ballast tanks.
• Protective: Recommended for offshore environments, including splash zones, refineries, power plants, bridges, buildings, mining equipment and general structural steel.
