International VC Offshore EU is a quick drying antifouling paint that produces a hard thin film that can be burnished to a very smooth finish for extra speed and efficiency, making it ideal for power and sail boats.

The ‘excellent’-rated hard antifouling is suitable for professional and consumer application onto vessels in fresh and salt water. Application is easy and sanding between coats is not required. The antifouling dries quickly allowing for rapid overcoating and flexible launch times.
